I had a comfortable room with a private bathroom and single beds, and the breakfast provided was tasty with a good variety of options.

Decent sized units with the bathroom, fresh towels, as example, and really helpful staff. Prime and nice location just off the metro into Paris, the nearest metro station and major attractions, could not be better.

the location is particularly good in an industrial area. Right by the tram that jingled through St Denis. 3. Found the semi-suburban views and changing vistas of the 35-minute ride an interesting and unusual perspective on the contemporary city. 4. It's by Croult.

Location wise its pretty good with most facilities available locally including good transport system. Staff were excellent and seemed to have to double, treble and even multi task.

Room furnishing was very drab and left a lot to be desired. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities especially as the restaurant seemed to be closed most of the time except for breakfast and this also left a multitude to be desired. Chef seemed to be redundant most of the time while others were run off their feet. No public computer available - WIFI was available but one needed a laptop to avail of such facilities. Same staff member had to man the bar as well as the reception area which was very brisk on a rugby weekend. Loads of punters abandoned to other hostelries as waiting times to be served at the bar were farcical.

This was a pleasant stay on a business trip. Overall it was neat and cosy with single beds.

The room was clean, quiet, had a separate bathroom, a writing desk, and a couch, with comfortable beds for a restful sleep.

Great location away from Paris centre but easily accessible by the Metro. Excellent helpful and courteous staff who attend personally to customers' needs.

The service was incredibly friendly, and we found it to be a lovely place in the downtown area, we'll definitely stay here again when we have the chance.

The hotel and its surroundings are pretty awful. A very dangerous neighborhood with all venues closed after 6 PM, probably for security reasons ...

The great location makes it easy to access key attractions from here.

The staff were very helpful in every way although often the hotel seemed to be running with only one person doing all the various jobs of being on reception, bar, breakfast etc. Map showing location of hotel on Booked.net was incorrect.

Lack of maintenance in the bedrooms, old cardboard keys did not always work, no plug in the wash basin and light bulbs missing.

Price 46 Eur is fair.
